How can I track my order?

Yes—all prices shown on our website include VAT as required by German law. The final price includes all applicable taxes and duties for deliveries within the EU.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local courier (e.g., DHL) and ask your neighbors or building manager. If it still can’t be found, contact us immediately at info@lsjewelry.de — we’ll help investigate and provide a solution.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes—return shipping costs are currently not covered by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect the unused item, we’ll refund the purchase amount.

Are your jewelry pieces nickel-free and skin-friendly?

Yes, our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver and is nickel-free and skin-friendly.
